Safari Cottage

Safari Cottage is located in the gorgeous Nkhata Bay which is situated in the magnificent Malawi, not far from Mzuzu. The Bay is a superb holiday destination, with much to offer its visitors. On Mondays and Sundays the area comes alive with all the people from the surrounding areas coming to sell their catch from the week.

Safari Cottage is within a stones throw from the ocean and during the day you can sit on the veranda and watch its serenity. The cottage is equipped with a lounge, bedding, all the self catering facilities you would need, a daily cleaning service will be supplied and a night watchman will patrol the area.

Guests of Safari Cottage can enjoy having their breakfast outdoors with its spectacular view, getting them ready for the long day ahead. In the evenings you can prepare a special meal and watch the sun go down, with all the amazing colors cast against the night sky. The market place is where you can buy your groceries and fresh vegetables as well as use the local tailors.

Their are many great wildlife parks in the area, where you can get to experience nature at its best, see the animals up close and meet the lovely locals. You can spot one of the well loved birds, the East Coast Akalat known as the Gunning's Robin in the Kalwe Forest and find many other gracious water birds. Safari Cottage is the ideal place for guests who would like to truly relax and be rejuvenated upon returning home.
